Where can I secure a copy of the document adopting March National Filipina as the National Anthem. I tried searching but as of today, I still can’t find such document. It’s not even mentioned in the Declaration of Independence read on June 12, 1898. Thank you.

salamat po sa post na ito… nakatulong talaga siya kasi gagawan ko ng ulat ang Makamisa ni Jose Rizal. . At marami akong mga concepts na natutunan. carnivalesque(?) plot of disillusionment(?).
