The Philippines' National Commission for Culture and Arts has recently announced that WebSining Digital Art Contest is now accepting entries. The competition is in three categories: Still Digital Image, Digital Animation and Software Art. The competition is open to all Filipino citizens, including those working outside the Philippines. Prizes up to Php 75,000 await the winners of the competition which closes on December 12, 2006.
