Our Dateline Philippines section features the winners of Metrobank’s art and design excellence national competition. Among the winners are an 18-year old architecture major and a former OFW , Dennis T. Atienza. The other grand prize winners are Elrine Vicaldo, Ronald Jeresano, Raffy Nappy and April Rose Frigillana.
